FALL 2011 GRANTS SUPPORT INNOVATIVE CLASSROOM LEARNING
Grants totaling nearly $40,000 from SJEF will be awarded immediately to teachers in the San Juan Unified School District to fund innovative programs in science, technology, arts, and reading. An additional $30,000 had been allocated for literacy programs in 2012. Learn more.

DEDICATION OF NORTHRIDGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL'S GARDEN PROJECT

After the dedication ceremony, students planted seeds in celebration of the new garden.

SPRING GRANT WINNERS ANNOUNCED

Twenty-five teachers from throughout the San Juan Unified School District have been awarded grants this Spring (March 2011) totaling $10,000 to help fund programs in science, technology, arts, and reading from the San Juan Education Foundation (SJEF).
